American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED (New Certs.)

The American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED program provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The courses in this program teach participants the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. The program offers a choice of first aid, CPR and AED courses to meet the needs of various training needs of diverse audiences.
No previous training is required, and certification is good for 2-years.
Yard Sale

On June 7th Presque Isle will be holding their annual City Wide Yard Sale. If you want to participate but live too far out of town or in another town we have an option for you. We are selling off parking spaces in our parking lot (behind the high school) for $7 each to put your garage sale items in.
You need to register to get a spot but can pay at the time of set up.
Set up will start at 6:30 am on Saturday and we will close up by 3 PM. We will be doing this Saturday ONLY. (Cars can be parked in the upper parking lot). We have 45 spots available and if we max that out will be see about opening more spots.

Throughout the course, we will delve into various photography styles, focusing on landscapes and macro/close-up photography. You'll learn how to look at the world through a photographer's eye, discovering the beauty in everyday scenes and intricate details.
Our sessions will cover essential topics, including:
- *Composition:* Understand the fundamental principles of framing your shots to create visually appealing images.
- *Lighting:* Learn how to harness natural and artificial light to enhance your photographs and set the mood.
- *Camera Operation:* Gain hands-on experience with your camera, mastering its settings and features for optimal results.
Each week, we'll combine discussions, demonstrations, and practical exercises to ensure a well-rounded learning experience. Whether you’re capturing sweeping landscapes or the delicate beauty of a flower petal, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to express your artistic vision through your lens.
