The diversity and inclusion certificate takes an in-depth look at how to create and foster D&I throughout the organization. By encouraging cultural awareness, belonging, workplace authenticity, resilience, and health and wellness, HR professionals are in a unique position to support D&I initiatives at each level of the organization. The role of HR within D&I is evolving, creating the need for HR professionals to apply their leadership competencies in D&I in hybrid and remote workplaces. HR also supports processes, such as inclusive decision-making and the building of inclusive learning and development teams, which yield many benefits including higher levels of employee engagement. In this course, you will learn about the roles of HR within D&I and in different business structures, and the skills and strategies needed to shape inclusive workforces.
