Project practitioners spend a large amount of their time engaged in interpersonal communication activities, ensuring that information is widely distributed and participants are kept up to date on all project objectives. But some project participants may not have the required expertise or ability to communicate effectively.

This self-paced, fully online course will help project leaders understand and coordinate verbal and written forms of communication within and between project teams. It will help focus and clarify communication techniques and allow clear, concise, and direct interactions among all project practitioners and stakeholders.

Do you love to crochet or knit but don't want to do it alone?  Do you need help with a project?  Or do you want to learn how to make something for yourself?  Let us help you!!!

We are offering a crochet and knitting lab.  This is for anyone who loves to crochet or knit and wants to learn.  Our instructor is amazing!  Let us know what you want to learn to make and we will find a pattern and she can teach you.  If you just want to drop in for 1 night and get help on a project, it will only cost you a $5 drop in fee.  Or do you want to hang out all 15 weeks and chat while working on projects, no problem!

The American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED program provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies.  The courses in this program teach participants the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed.  The program offers a choice of first aid, CPR and AED courses to meet the needs of various training needs of diverse audiences.

No previous training is required, and certification is good for 2-years.

Learn to play the ukulele! It has never been more popular and you don't even have to know how to read music! On the uke you can knock out folk music, rock, blues, jazz, pop, country, tunes old and new -- even classical music. Duncan Perry, who has taught more than 700 students of all ages, will introduce you to essential chords and playing techniques using commonly known songs. Oh, and there are lots of laughs along the way. And, learning to play an instrument is good for your brain! You will need a playable ukulele and an electronic tuneror a tuner app. And when folks hear you play this happy instrument, well, they just have tosmile!
