Cricut 101 & More

This series of classes will show you the basics, how to use your cricut and how to get started making simple projects. We will begin with a short tutorial of how to use Cricut Design Space.  

You will want to bring your Cricut, phone or laptop (that has Design Space on it), cutting mat and any tools that you may have.  If you do not have tools, we will have some that you can use for the class.

This is a 6 class series.  Each class will cost $20.  You can pick and choose which weeks you would like to or do them all for $100 (savings of $20).  If you wish to do ALL the class please see this link to get the $20 savings.

We have received a grant from Maine Humanities Council to offer a book club at a very low cost of only $10/month.

Ceramics: Pick a Project Night

We are excited to bring you a night of fun and surprises!  Join us for Pick A Project Night!  Come and learn how to paint with ceramics.  The catch is you won't know what you will be painting until you get here.  

Our amazing instructor Rae will have a wide variety of projects to choose from.  Pick your project, paint, spray and then take home to enjoy!  You never know what you may end up making.

Come and make something for yourself or a friend.  These make great gifts!

Financial Aid Workshop

The Financial Aid Workshop will provide an overview of financial basics and the completion of three Free Application of Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  Discussion will include a review of the federal, state, school-based, and private funding sources.  Upon completion of this workshop the student will be able to effectively access the funding they need to complete their college degree.  An emphasis will be placed on student responsibility and an understanding of the full financial process and timetable.  Participants should bring their last years income details to the work shop.  Participants should be either prospective or current college students.

Maine Driving Dynamics

The Maine Driving Dynamics course is a driver improvement course that is designed to improve a student's defensive driving awareness. This five-hour course includes discussion of collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits and attitudes, and the basic elements that constantly challenge drivers on Maine's highways. Our goal is to save lives, prevent injuries, and reduce vehicle-related crashes.

A student who completes the course will receive a three-point credit on their driving record and may be eligible for insurance discount.

Beginning February 24th, 2020, fees for canceled registrations will no longer be refunded.
